I have a wedding video about 10 minutes on a DVD, I would like to know how I can take out that video from the DVD and put it on my computer, so that in the future I can upload it to youtube for my friends to watch. Thank you for your help.

im having another problem now, the file is 740 mb and its only 10minutes.. why so big? i cant upload it to youtube because youtube is saying its too large... what can i do?

Re-encode it to something else. It's "so big" because it's an MPEG-2 file using typical bitrates.

By "typical bitrates" lordsmurf means
"anything greater than 8000 kbps".

get a converter that does flv. convert to 320x240 resolution with MP3 audio.
riva still offers a free version on the download page.
