Subtitle export problem

i try to export subtitle from dvd with vsrip or vobsub but failed; is other software to do same job??
i want to export to sub/idx.

hi,
i solved my problem and want to say how can i do that;
i use PgcDemux and export sup subtitle then use sup2sub and convert it to sub and it work correctly.
if anyone have same problem can test this way.
