EO Video question

I am trying to convert a downloaded RM file into MPG by EO video. But it extremely slow! I tried to convert it into AVI first as suggested, but after a while, it told me " disk content exceed your pre-setup" , I still have enough disk space. does anybody knows how to fix it? or another other choice to convert RM into MPG?

well it probably won't be faster but if you want there's media cleaner pro...
it's rather slow but it's probably one of the best you can get...
(it's the full version of that cleaner ez you get with premiere)
