    Hello,

    I am new to this but have been using my old MicroMV Sony Camcorder as a webcam with a Hauppage WinTV capture device for a while. Since they both are outdated by now, ha, i just got a Sony Hi Def SR7 and would like to know if you guys have any suggestions on capture devices to work with it as a webcam (although i realise streaming video is not likely to be Hi Def). I have a Vaio laptop with WinXp.

    You should be able to set it up the same/similar to your old setup. Just get a USB / firewire capture device.
