    http://redrelay.net hosts many of them.

In order to reduce everyone's bandwidth, I'd recommend the following (all 720p 23.976) Right Click to download

If you have CoreAVC installed, change the extensions from .MOV to .HDMOV and have mediaplayer classic open them. It'll be even prettier than Apple's so-so h264 decoder.

  2. Can you give a quick explanation of this "RED" camera setup? What's all the hype about?

Mostly the price vs resolution/quality ratio. It is the first digital camera that can compete with 35mm film cameras for quality, yet the base rig is "affordable" to the lower end production houses out there.

The .mov files have banding in it, and I cant tell the quality of the output from these files. Better to look at the original files.

Original files would be multi gigabyte downloads. The object of the compressed MOV files is to demonstrate the film-like image and the camera's ability to capture very dark scenes which regular HDV cameras would not be able to do as well.
