Adding subtitle to a movie and use it only in a STAND-ALONE DVD player ?

Hi

I went through many pages of this forum to see if there is a question like mine in here . But nothing specifically like that .
So here it is :

1 - I have a DVD movie [Seven Years in Tibet ] decrypted and playable in my HD .
2 - This DVD has two audio stream , english and french , and only one subtitle in french .
3 - I have an English subtitle ready for that specific movie .
4 - I want to burn my DVD movie with English subtitle and English audio on a DVD so I can watch it in my Stand-alone DVD player .

Please help me . It is also enough if you just name the programs needed for this process with very short guide . [ and of course a complete guide is always warmly welcomed ! ] I really appreciate your answer .
