    but all I have are the VOB files. What is the best way to go about this?

    You can try recreate the ifo files with ifoedit, and burn then to a VIDEO_TS folder using for example ImgBurn, https://forum.videohelp.com/topic339213.html

    Or if that wont work import the vob files in Tmpgenc DVD Author and author a new dvd.
