    Does anyone know where I can find an MP3 Program, that will read your ID3v1 tags, and update your ID3v2 tags, with that info?

    r u looking for an mp3 player program or a compressor program? if you want to compress you can get real jukebox for free and to change the tags winamp works well

    Neither, i am looking for a program, that will plain and simple take the ID3v1 tags, and make ID3v2 tags with them. The MP3 ID-Tag editor I use, only edits the ID3v1 tags, and i was wondering if there was a program, that could go through and make all of the id3v2 tags = to the id3v1 tags

    Musicmatch does exactly what your asking for. You can set it to go either way in reading and will automatically update to version 2 if you want.

    You can also do a tag search on the net now with Musicmatch and it will update your v2 Tags with Artist, Album, Track, Year
