    How is possible to make effect to freeze movie on few seconds? For example when movies go, in some time i want to freeze one scene at few seconds.Just that.

    Use the splicing tool and then the frame grab tool. Then place the frame that you grabbed and place it between the splice and extend the frame out to how ever far you want the freeze frame to last for.

    If you are a Vegas user you can use the Velocity Envelope to to do this. Just drop the speed to 0 where you need the freeze to happen.
