    Anybody any idea how I can improve the quality of avi`s I`ve downloaded before I make a vcd.
    I currently use :- Panasonic encoder
    vcd easy
    cdrwin

    There is not much you can do with avi files to make them better aside from the usual "tweaking", but it is only going to look as good as it does. You can't make it look better per say, do a search on GIGO (Garbage In Garbage Out).
