I am following the guide to using Subtitle Creator Wizard and the guide says I need "mpeg2/DVD decoder".
Can someone recommend a particular freeware "mpeg2/DVD decoder" that will work with Subtitle Creator Wizard? Also, is mpeg2/DVD decoder one software, or two separate softwares?
Also, it is completely necessary to install an mpeg2/DVD decoder to use Subtitle Creator Wizard?
I already have Power DVD, Media Player Classic and KM Player installed and I am worried about a possible software conflict if I install too many things.

No, it's not necessary you just wont be able to preview the video in subtitle creator.
