    I was just wondering if theres anything out there that fills in all the information about mp3's for when you rip a music CD to the hard drive without actually being connected to the internet. Is there maybe a .db file that is continuosly updated that I could download?

    You can save the .ini file to your computer for FUTURE use(while you are online) but I've never heard of such a beast like you are asking for. I do it with EAC as much as possible.
