    Does anyone know where I can get a 1950s / 1960s PSA-style free background music sample, wav file? Sort of catchy, upbeat, light-hearted?

    There's a particular sound I had in mind that's very popular and heard all over the place, but i can't communicate it...

    Unfortunately, I can't, and there no lyrics in the piece at all...
