  1. Start with unencrypted DVD directory
4 tiles sets main movie 2 languages 3 language subtitles

I want to make a avi DiVX or other decent quality with menus imported from the DVD directory.

Can this be done? Is there a program that will auto take the DVD menus and put them in a avi?

    for burning on CD
Would the best thing to do to take the main movie and put on 1 or 2 CDs

put the extras and put on a 3 CD

How about putting 3 or more DVD on to 1 DVD DiVX and import main movie with scene selection menu
plus a main menu pointing to each movie

    Free or reasonably priced software

Is there any general guides suggestions as to what and what not is possible fore doing this
I heard 2 sound files and 2 subtitles tracks might be the most that I can do.

I am really interested in auto importing DVD menus into creating these DiVX playable DVDs

    Thabk you,

    Joey

Nope, no dvd menus to avi tool out. YOu have to manually convert from the vob files with for example virtualdub-mpeg2.
