need help with cce 2.5

I am new to cce 2.5 even though i used it before. I just made a vbr vcd ,minus the audio, but the mpv file is blank just black and nothing else. It took me 13 hours to do this and now i can't view it. I was going to just convert the wav from the avi with tmpgenc then multiplex it with the mpv. I usually use Tmpgenc but now everytime I try to open my frameserve avi file it crashes, even if i merge the aviproxy off then restart then merge it back on. This is so annoying because tmpgenc usually doesn't give me problems unless an occasionaly frameserving problem comes up.I tried opening the MPV up in tmpgenc but it said some kinda error. Anyway is there anyway to fix my MPV file that is just black, I can't see any video at all. I would hate to think I wasted 13 hours on a 3 pass vcd anyway thanks

I don't know your problem is with CCE or with TMPG. I guess you encoded your .mpv file with CCE that you can't open with TMPG. If you just want to view your .mpv file to see if it's OK, you can use other programs to do that, maybe Windows Media Player, or others. I always do that. I don't know why your frameserve didn't work. But if you want to extract .wav file from your .avi file, you can do that directly wth V-Dub, then you encode it to .mpa for multiplexing.

BTW, most people only use CCE to do mepg-2 for SVCD, not VCD.
