ok I copied a VCD tried it on a DVD player I had sound, but no picture just a black screen. I'm half way there now. I burnt the disc TAO as I had been advised or it wouldn't work ona DVD player.
I used the CD Copy Icon and I also burnt at 4x speed. Recorded onto a Kodak ultima cdr. the original VCD that I copied from works perfectly on a DVD player.
I have been advised to use Disk Juggler. Has anyone got a simple guide on how to copy a VCD using it.
I'm desperate now as I owe two VCDS from a trade.
Many thanks for any help.

The one way to do it is to use VCDGEAR to convert the .dat to VCD complaint MPEG. This is pretty quick, it is not a re-encode. This can be found in the TOOLs setion to the left. Then burn in WINONCD as a VCD.
Or - some people report that CLONECD will copy a VCD direct.
