Hi again, i've recently upgraded to the latest build, i was on v2.0 beforehand.
Whenever i loaded an xvid into the system, i would have to use the "Auto-fit" button say 50% of the time (usually because what i wanted to convert had 2 separate files), the resultant VIDEO_TS folder would usually always come in below 4.3gb.
Now i've upgraded, whenever i load in the xvid's (ok they're not the same ones exactly) i have ALWAYS needed to use the Auto-fit button, and the resultant folder is always around the 4.3gb mark.
Is this down to different encoding methods etc, is it upping the quality of the resultant conversion, or is something else happening ?
Any info appreciated.
Thanks,
Az

ChrissyBoy can correct me if I am mis-remembering, but I think at some point between 2.0 and 2.5 there have been some bitrate ajustments. I don't recall specifics and I may be wrong. Could be the files you are using are different enough in duration than previously to need autofit. Duration has always been the dtermining factor.
