  1. I have some divx movies (avi files), that gives me an error in TMPGEnc, when I try to make them ready for burning in Nero.
When I run them in TMPGEnc, using the Video-cd pal option under load, I am told that 'an error occured when audio is decoded'.. it comes up right away, and it does seem a bit odd, since the movie runs fine when u play the avi on the puter and seems to be in sunc and all..
Can I fix this somehow, or did I just waste my time downloading around 15 gigs of badly rip'ed movies ?

Sound like a bad movie, use "Vdub freeze frame.exe" this usaly fixes most problems.

I have had bad movies with frames bad in the middle, and TMPGEnc will crash when it reaches the bad frames. Vdub has always found those frames and Its then easy to remove them.

the standard Vdub does not have the freeze frame detect, forget where I got this one from.
