The FilmMachine problems

so I downloaded the FilmMachine but it downloaded as a .rar file. Do I have to download something else in order to open it up? or is there any other way to download it in a different format?

You can use WinRAR or the freeware 7-Zip to extract The FilmMachine program from the .rar file: http://www.7-zip.org/ 7-Zip is in a .exe format, so you don't need to extract it before using.

ok, so I finally got the FilmMachine file opened, but now it says that I need to download some Cinema Craft endoder? In a previous post I made (avi conversion problem) another person told me that I needed to get some HC encoder or Quenc, and said nothing about a Cinema Craft encoder. He also recomneded that I stay away from the K-lite codec. Since I am a newbie at converting, can anyone advise me as what to do?

You should be able to use Quenc or HcEnc, just be sure to select them and not cce in the Options.

Or try another free all-in-one converters, FAVC, DVD Flick.
