I have found a foreign VHS of a film that offers a much larger 4:3 frame than I have seen on any local versions. When I try to capture it to the PC or my DVD recorder, it crops it, removing the precious extra areas on all sides. Is there a way I can capture every little but of the frame, and if so, is there a freeware option? Thanks.
