    hey i just bought vegas and still not sure where everything is. so can some one tell me how to split a clip the easiest way please. im used to adobe primier pro with the razorblade.

    If you bought it, it's in the manual. However the S button the keyboard should split the clip.

    Move cursors position on timeline to required position on timeline .
    Edit > split , or use S key .

    Page 86 in manual .
