    Hello,

I have a Sanyo DVD player.. I use it to play Audio CD's threw my TV. However when I play songs the TV shows a plain blue screen which is annoying. I can change the mode to black and white to get a black screen which is better. I am wondering if it is possible to install a visualisation plugin like winamp has, but for the DVD player. So when an audio CD is playing, a visualisation plays on the TV instead of a blank screen.

    Thanks

    No.

You might be able to find some sort of VJ type deck that sits between your player and your TV and fires off the music coming through.

actually you could just leave the tv off. If you are just playing audio cds then there is really no need to send a video signal off of it (Only problem could be if you are using the tv as a speaker - in which case you might think about hooking it up to a pair of amplified computer speakers using a simple rca-to-headphone adapter). Unless you need to change tracks frequently and need to know the spot its playing its probably best to leave the tv off. You can still use the remote while the tv is off. If your player has a on unit display screen than you can still see what track number it is.
