Best DV capture programm

Hi,
for easy editing I downconvert HDV to DV inside the camcorder.
Whats the best programm to capture the DV files and keep the same color like the HDV files?

WinDV but don't forget that what you see on your computer monitor is often very different to what is actually there. DV on a computer very often looks much darker than it actually is. Ideally you need a properly calibrated monitor.
