is it possible to connect a laptop to a pc and use both their DVD drives to copy a dvd?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

You mean on-the-fly copying from a reader in PC A to a writer in PC B? Altho possibly possible in theory, as on-the-fly copying between drives in the same PC in practice hardly works, doing it across the network surely wont. But I doubt it's even possible in theory, the more I think of it, as disk copying involves a lot of direct communication with the hardware.
However, I have to ask: "Why?"

A rhetorical "Why?" one assumes especially given the posters details/history?

Absolutely not - I try to judge each thread/post on its own merits. The why is very sincere.
