AVI2DVD with DVD2SVSD video_ts empty

I'm doing AVI2DVD exactly according manual.(TMPGEnc plus 2.5, DVD2SVCD ver 1.2.3 build 1), but after all the video_ts is empty (I'm trying with or without DVD Image no changes). Actually I need only vidoe_ts I'll burn with Nero.
I get an "Encoded_Video_TMPGEnc_PAL.mpv", wav and mpa files in movie dir.
I got error in DVDAuthor_log.txt:

You have stumbled upon the wrong forum, this forum is for SVCD2DVD. That being said, SVCD2DVD is an excellent program to accomplish what you are trying to do. Give the demo a try.
