    hi how are u ?

    i am a new cd-rw user, many i know
    how to convert to VCD v1.0 or v2.0 (.dat) AUDIO TO mp3?
    any program can one go to convert?
    not using one by one program?

    I'm not sure you can do this in one program, you first must Demuplex the Audio from the DAT (which is both Video and Audio), and you will get an MP2 file, which you can then either encode directly to MP3 or first expand to WAV and then encode to MP3.

    I believe you can also convert the VCD .dat file to .mpg with VCDTools,
    open the .mpg in VirtualDub, and then save the audio as a WAV
    which you can then convert to MP3....
