I bought a bottleg Weezer concert (don't tell anyone) off ebay and it looks like crap.
When I play the tape it looks like the top half is scrambled like with cable porn channels(damn). Is thier any <$50 thing I could do to fix it or should I just bitch?
BTW I have my VCR hocked up to my TV card.
