    Hi!

I hope i am posting this in the right forum!

I have a vob file of a music video. I convert it to avi using virtualdub. The audio is in sync.
But when i upload it to aegisub and start to add subtitles the audio is out of sync.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem before? (couldnt find anything when i did a search).
Does anyone know what i should to to get the audio in sync (looks like it is aegisub that is the problem, and not virtualdub).

    Any help is much appreciated!

    Cheers,
    denadel

If you used VBR audio, that can often cause problems. Try CBR.
WAVE is the most trouble free, but it would be huge and probably impractical.

Try creating the project using visualsubsync .

Some programs have problems keeping up in sync .

    Thanks for answering my question.

@Bjs: That program doesnt support kanji (japanese letters), so i cant use it..

@AlanHK: I think i will try that to see if it works. But how do i choose to use CBR insted of VBR?

This has never happened to me before. i find it weird that aegisub makes the audio out of sync..
