New Memeber Here.....
Just recently I was asked to put a few TV shows that were Divx encoded onto a DVD. Being that I have Nero 7 I said sure and went at it. DVD will play properly on the PC, but on all standalone players, the DVD starts up, Menus and Chapters work, but the video's appear as if Horiazontal sync is out. I made sure that NTSC was set and tried both interlaced and de-interlace but the same prob occurs.
I then DL's Tmpgenc DVD Author, installed it and tried that. Same problem.
Next I loaded ConvertX2DVD and presto - it worked......
Now my inquiring mind would like to figure out why Nero and Tmpgenc won't work!
Any suggestions as to where to start looking???
