    I have a Samsung DVD-HR720 with an 120gb hard disk installed I bay it from us the problem I have My TV/sat receiver PAL system and the HR720 NTSC system anybody can help in this regard. now I'm not able to use it when i change my sat reciver to NTSC picture quality change to lower quality

    The HR720 is a region 1 NTSC recroder/player and doesn't support PAL. You will need the PAL version of this player, which I believe is the HR721.
