    I recorded a program using Virtual dub

    Capture settings:

    FPS= 25
    Video Compression: Yes - XVID (700 Kbps)
    Audio Compression: Yes - MP3 (128 Kbps)
    Format: AVI

    when i play the AVI file its working perfectly fine no audio sync problem what so ever but when i convert it to WMV the audio is not sync'd.

    WMV setting:
    Video: 350+ Kbps
    Audio: 64 Kbps


    Is there a way to fix that?

    What did you use to convert it? Try using windows movie maker if you have winxp or later.
