Hi, I set up the karaoke system for the home entertainment, including the wireless FM microphones, amplifier and a karaoke player and of course 2 loud speakers (the system brand is SOUND , I dunno if you guyz have heard of it) everything has connected and working correctly the only problem is the buzzzing or humming sound coming out from the loud speaker even the karaoke player is stop or amplifier's volume is completely mute (although the buzzzzz or hummming exist only when the amplifier turn on)...

You could try giving them a little more distance between them and make sure none of the cables are laying in a loop .
Check cables have no bare wire touching anything , especially the back of the amp .

Remove the mic from system and see what happens ... if mic is to close , it will hum

Hum's can also be from the crossover diode on the actual speaker in the unit not performing as it should .

I think your system needs proper grounding.

this gets my vote. also make sure that you have proper shielded cables. i spent weeks trying to get rid of a hum on a friends system.keeping the speaker away from power sources and use good shielded cables and make very sure the power line is grounded. try a differnt dedicated power source for the loud speaker if powered that is. do you have an LP hooked up? if so make sure that is grounded too.

  5. Make sure you plug everything in to the same outlet even if you have to run long extension cords. Using multiple outlets can cause ground loops. This is a common cause usually overlooked.
