I have been living in the States for almost two years now. I have bought a LCD TV fpr NTSC and I am coming to Spain soon. I wonder in someone knows if there is a solution to make this Tv work in Spain other than using signal converters where the signal quality is almost lost.

The tuner will be worthless. PAL composite and S-Video will most likely produce only monochrome.
Test the YPbPr inputs with a PAL source such as a PAL DVD playing on a PAL capable DVD player. That may work but some TV makers ensure that PAL cannot be played to minimize transhipment of US models to the PAL world.

HDMI can be tested from the DVI output of a computer display card. Configure the card for PAL output in 576p 720p and 1080i. Then play a PAL source file or DVD. If that works then run a battery of PAL tests like the THX optimizer from a PAL DVD.

Also, ensure that the power supply supports 220-240v 50Hz. Also check whether a high duty or other taxes will be applied by EU customs.
