I attempted the Teamwork method. I got the following error when clicking on the BAT for my original.wmv:
    system cannot find path specified
    missing operand.
it's a 3 minute wmv. The original file is 640x480. I chose 96 audio bitrate, 640x480 resolution, 25 frame, 100 key interval. Spartacomp.flv was not created and I got the error message. I used the 640x480 default.flv.

Thats the Problem right there! your "orginal" video is supposed be an Avi file instead of WMV, without the video being wmv, the process will error!

nextime please read instructions carefully before asking questions.

You know what makes me mad, when people put HD or HIGH QUALITY or w.e you should stop doing that, then there is a chance the method will go bye bye, just like vmutube and imutube, i never put [hd] or [hq] or w/e cuz i don't want ppl to ask, and i don't want it to go away, u know. so c'mon ppl if u still want this to live longer stop putting [hq] in your video title, and stuff!!!

I'm guessing you got angry because of rajman, :P. I understand what you mean though.

Also, a question, has anyone had any luck with the TeamWork method and an On2 encoded FLV? I can't seem to get it to work, going to try MeGUI next.

Edit: Nope, no luck with MeGUI. Gonna try Super later.

You go to the very bottom tothe last line , and you replace the last 9 cells with the number on the .bat file you chose to run...example:

    if you ran bat 01 = 00 e6 08 00 00 69 01 dd 18
    if you ran bat 02 = 01 36 08 00 00 69 02 c7 7b
    if you ran bat 03 = 01 00 08 00 00 69 03 b1 de
    if you ran bat 04 = 02 7e 08 00 00 69 04 9c 27
    if you ran bat 05 = 05 54 08 00 00 69 05 86 be
    if you ran bat 06 = 02 16 08 00 00 69 06 70 ec
    if you ran bat 07 = 01 ad 08 00 00 69 07 5b 4f
    if you ran bat 08 = 03 9c 08 00 00 69 09 30 14
    if you ran bat 09 = 01 ad 08 00 00 69 0a 10 e0
    if you ran bat 09a = 01 ad 08 00 00 69 0a 10 e0

cell being a two degit number: for example: "02" "76 "54" are three cells of 2 digits

Hahaha, you're funny. I used a WMV because that what the instructions said to do. I can read, can you? It's obvious that there is something else I'm missing. But I followed the instructions to the tee.

Hmmm... The video i uploaded i noticed that after a while the block's a saw were gone is it because it needs a while to process or something?

  17. Very good that it works, but the duration is wrong, low fps and a lot of buffering.
Better for you would be to upload your video at 640x480 @ 30 fps and obtain YouTube's high quality option. That's my suggestion.

venomite, that'd be for rendering with Sony Vegas, and it is optional. You can render it as .wmv in Vegas or .wmv in Windows Movie Maker, and they will both work.

Also, dzvero, people are trying to bypass youtube's re-encoding, why do you keep suggesting not to, let people do what they'd like. >_>

When I said that, I was talking about him being angry about people putting HIGH QUALITY or whatever in the video titles, nothing else.

Okay, I hexed everything properly, bitrate is 310 kbps and the length is 8m 2s.

I used On2 Flix Pro to encode the flv, then did the rest manually. I think YT might be changing things up, because a video I uploaded yesterday using this same method worked fine. Now it's gotten the 'Failed to convert' message about 10 times in a row with it set to private. I'll keep trying and see if I just have bad luck.

Edit: Nope, I don't think On2 works, 15-20 upload fails in a row on private.

Try making your rendered files Resolution the same as your default.flv's resolution
