    Welcome ralphy

Well , if your system specs are correct ... real time is pushing it when cpu is below 2ghz ... record and burn at same time is a resource intensive process , and most would not even attempt it ... one glitch , and you start from scratch .

Nothing wrong with ulead ... if your happy to use adobe products ... or as I call it "adobe bloatware" , then stick with what you prefer .

As for no sound ... if this is on the final dvd , stick it in pc , run ifoedit , and load the ifo with the matching id of the main title vob ... click the ifo in upper window , and internal info appears in lower window ... check what audio is included .

Mp2 is a no go ... and I think dts shouldn't be included unless another audio stream type is included ... there was some info in the forum on audio problems a while back ... https://forum.videohelp.com/topic336724.html?highlight=dts

Ac3_filters might need to be installed in order for pc to play the audio back so you can hear it .

Normally one would output project to pc folder , play it back , if ok , burn it ... the other way round could be a waste media .

Check your intended dvd player ... the one for playback ... its manual on supported audio formats .
