I seem to have problems outputing DVD's to my TV. I play a movie on
PowerDVD now, it plays on the monitor and TV but it's really chopping. It
plays for like a second and half then pauses for a split second, plays for
second and a half and repeats itself, both on the TV and monitor. When i
play it witht he TV off it plays fine and once i turn the TV on it goes
choppy I'm operating a Sony x16/x40 DVD-ROM, GeForce 2 MX400, 512 ram, Athlon 1400. Any assistance is appreciated.
TIA

Tia, try finding the nVidia Macrovision remover, it may be the cause of your problem, and disabling the Macrovision should fix it.
