I have a mpeg that I downloaded via BitTorrent and it has a few chunks of missing data. I've been trying to download the last few chunks for a month with no luck. I can play the video but it always gets "stuck" when it comes to the missing data. Is there a program that will go through the mpeg and fill the missing parts with "dummy" data so that it will play all the way through and I can import it into Ulead?

Have you tried playing the file with VLC. It is usually pretty good at playback for corrupt files.

I do use VLC to play the clip but I wanted to convert the clip to MP4 which I haven't found a program that will do that without stopping when it gets to missing data.

If VLC plays the file without any problems or errors, you can always try using its transcoding wizard to convert the file to MP4. Your mileage may vary, of course.
