  1. Oh boy, these old TVs. I'm trying to connect RCA cables to a Zenith H20C34Y. It has a video and audio in in the back but I cannot figure out how to switch to Line In on the television... The only buttons on the tv itself are power, channel up/down, volume up/down, and caption. I'm not sure if the remote is the original one...'Concierge by Zenith' is what is written on it...either way it is no help because there are no buttons on it to switch to auxiliary video.

What to do? Does anyone know of any other way to try to change the input? I've tried different channels which would otherwise not be used like '0' but nothing works. I've also tried to turn on the tv with only the RCA cables plugged in...nothing. Am I screwed here?

Some of the older TVs had the AV channel before channel 0, or if an incoming signal was present, it simply over-road the channels.

On the Old TV I used to have; I think I used "0" or "3". If that doesn't work you might have to find a Manual for that set.

Most of the old Zeniths had "AV" inputs below Ch2 on the channel selector. Others used a "Video" or "Input" button on the remote. You will need a remote with the input button if that is the case and try all the Zenith programming codes.
