How can I put my video stream back to mpv? Also, can anybody get bbmpeg to work in windows xp?

you can use tmpgenc to demultiplex the mpg to a mpv

tmpeg saves it as m2v, and I need an mpv for pulldown.exe. I gave up on finding a dvd authoring program that takes film framerates, so I have to make them all 30fps.

Ah, TMPGenc calls MPEG1 video only encodes m1v, and MPEG2 video only encodes m2v. Just rename to mpv and all will be well
(Assuming you have an audio file: MP2 or MPA to mux as well right?).
