creating thumbnails for a real media file

hi guys,

i m luking for a software which will create thumbnails for a video nd ll put several frames on a picture, like the way media player classic does it...

i hve a real media file....i wud hve created thumbnails using media player classic..but when i open Media player classic..it says MPC..encountered a problem....nd doesnt ply the file..it plys fine with othr videos..

is there any othr gud prgrm which lets us create thumbnails for video...specifically RM videos....

i tried Imagegrabber....but its not supporting the real media file i hve....
