    ... frames?

    Hi,
can anybody help me with this. I have the following situation:
    - 30 short recordings, each about 1-2 min. long (format: mpeg-1, 30 frames / sec., about 80 MB per min., resolution 640*480)
    - all clips are similar, so using settings I saved already for pass-1 and pass-2 are sufficient to me

Now, in manual proceeding, I need to perform the following steps for deshaking:
1.) open the video and load settings
    2.) run pass-1
3.) add 30 frames of another movie (so that the ending of the movie isn't cut off in pass-2)
    4.) run pass-2
5.) trim video (cut the unnecessary new 30 frames at the beginning of the movie)
    6.) save avi

My problem is: In Dubman, I can specify step 1.), 2.), 4.), and 6.), but I have no idea how to specify 3.) and 5.). Do you know what I mean? I don't want to let the edges be cut, so I really need these steps. Is there any solution to let it all be made in batch mode?

    Thank you in forward!

hm, I realized now I probably can step 3) before step 1), results seem to be OK. Still, I don't know how to proceed. WHen I let Virtual Dub save an AVI using the settings with step 1 and then take the result video for step two, I get the arrows within the video!

Does anybody have experience how to accomplish Batch Mode for Deshaker? Thank you!

  3. The missing thirty seconds can be fixed by creating a black 30 second clip of the same type as you video and put it at the beginning of your video.
I think it states htis in teh readme of the filter.
