    DVD Rebuilder is for compressing DVDs to fit a smaller size - think of it as a high quality DVD Shrink. It does not do menus.

    You are relatively limited in how much you can alter an existing menu. If the work you need to do is extensive, it is often simpler to re-author.

    well everything is ok except for one menu where the background is distorted due to corruption as i had to use isobuster on the original because it was scratched,so i ran Fixvts but no luck

    For one menu, DVD Remake Pro is the simplest solution.

    How long is a piece of string ?

    Which ever one reads the disc in question. There is no absolute answer, it it might not make any difference if the disc is damaged enough.
