    Could someone post a location to a guide on how to use the CCE-SP Plugin. or Standalone to do DVD to NTSC VCD rips. Can use FLASK/DVDX/XMPEG to
    use with plugin.

    CCE is faster and has better quality than TeMPEGenc right?

    CCE can do the same but faster IMHO.

    yes the speed is faster, but the quality is not as good as TMPG, and if you have a fast CPU, say above 1GHZ, you really want notice the time difference.
