  1. Okay this is what I did: I downloaded alot of dvd-rips all in DIVX. Thereafter I used TMPGen to convert them to vcd's (I used the template: VideoCD (PAL).mcf).
    Anyways when I watch the converted movie on my computer it looks fine, but when I burn it and watch it on the DVD, the picture moves like it was cut in frames (hack, hack, hack (if u can imagine)).
    Well what did I do wrong? Is the fault in the encoding or is it my nero bruner thats F*****..

    i dont know for sure but it might be a framerate problem. whats the .avi framerate?

  3. Most certanly is a judder effect caused by encoding NTSC source files (NTSC resolution at 29.970 fps) clips and encoding to PAL. I had to learn how to get rid of it to get a fluent motion PAL video. Read my post "The perfect conversion of NTSC to PAL with out judder" And give it a shot!
