    I am buying an external hard drive of 500GB capacity. I want one that is hot swappable, has on off switch(on the front would be nice) and is under $160.00. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. [/b]

    You can also put together your own. Just buy an internal drive and an external enclosure. This way you can choose exactly what features you want on the enclosure and what brand of hard drive you want. It doesn't involve much except tightening a few screws and connecting a couple cables.
