Can anyone recommend a media player that can do all the things that windows media player does without all of the headaches. It's probably me, but I find windows media player really slow and problematic. I can't get sync to work half of the time. The whole process is very slow and time consuming. Also media files sometimes don't play properly (even though I am fully updated) I use VLC player now for watching movies. I am looking for simplicity and ease of use. Mainly the player would be used for music; converting my CD's to an MP3 format and then synching them up to my mp3 player.

Media Player Classic works for me. Also VLC.
