  1. Hi! I have a VCD which I bought in a normal shop in Hong Kong. I did not actually think it was bootleg, but perhaps it is..

    Anyway, when I play this in MCP or Real Player I get BOTH the Mandarin and Cantonese soundtracks playing at the same time. Very frustrating.

    I tried all MCPs audio settings that I can find, but nothing turns off either one of the two languages.
    This does not happen in VLC Player, but VLC has other problems with playing this film.

    I have installed all the Klite codecs for MCP.

    What's going on?
    I just want to watch my film in ONE language only...

    Can you help?

    Is one coming from the left speaker...and the other language coming from the right?
    As far as I know VCD can only do stereo audio....not multiple selectable audio tracks like a DVD.(I could be wrong though....but I don't think I am)...
