    Does anyone know where I can download public domain (i.e. no copyright) video that's DVD quality and progressive? I only need a 5-6 sec clip, but again, it cannot be copyrighted material.

    archive.org has lots of PD stuff. Not much of it qualifies as DVD quality though.
