Editing Video_TS on Hard Drive

:?: I have Video-Ts file of a movie on my hard drive. I will like to delete commercials, etc, and burn only the main movie to DVD. This is my first project of editing such a file. Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

Tmpgenc dvd author, choose add dvd video and select the video_ts folder, edit and burn.

Baldrick: Thanks for your advice. I downloaded a trial version of Tmpgenc dvd author, and used it to process Chapter 2 of the movie. The output consists of two dvddata files. The trial version will not let me burn a DVD. Before I buy this software I wanted to make sure that this is what I need. I need your help in the following two questions: 1) which software can I use to burn a CD using these dvddata files. I have Roxio Creator 8 suite, and 2) these combined files are larger than 5 GB, and how I can compress these to fit a dvd.

Your advice will be greatly appreciated.
