any one know how to turn on a subtitle useing pgcedit. so that the subtitles are auto on when the movie plays.
I have only one title on the disk. with no menus just want to make it to have the subtitles on when the disk is popped in to the dvd player.

If you had bothered to search a bit you would have found this guide, cleverly named "Turning subtitles on by default". That should tell you what you need to know.

I shortly figured things out my self after posting this. but it's good that there is a guide that others can look at....
now. I finaly have a system going for my dvd's encoded with avi2dvd where I can have the subtitles come on automaticly and for the movie to loop. I don't bother with menus for a single movie since it's a waste of space.

I've used that guide a number of times and it's very good but it doesn't work for every type of player. Some will still switch the subtitles off by default.
